Isis

The name of a hypothetical planet beyond the orbit of Pluto (which is why the term Transpluto is also used). The planet is named after the Egyptian Moon goddess Isis.

However, Isis has nothing to do with the numerous discoveries in this region of the solar system (Kuiper Belt), New Planet). Any Speculations concerning the existence of Isis, for which there are even ephemerides, are untenable from an astronomical point of view.
